D4B Studio LLC accepts deletion requests by email. An account on our website is not required, and requests are reviewed and processed manually.
To request deletion of information processed by D4B Studio LLC or N8NManagerBots, email info@d4bstudio.tech with the subject Data Deletion Request.
Include the phone number or email address used with the service, the business or bot you contacted, and the information you want deleted. Do not include passwords, verification codes, or unnecessary sensitive documents.
If you administer a connected business account, also identify the business and whether you want to delete an individual user's information or close the business integration. We may ask you to demonstrate authority through the existing business contact or connected account. An individual request does not authorize deletion of another person's information or the entire business account.
We may request reasonable verification and coordinate with the business responsible for the records. We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days and complete verified requests within 30 days, or sooner where required. We will explain any necessary extension or information retained for applicable obligations.
Requests may be processed manually. We remove relevant records and associated files under our control within the verified scope, subject to permitted retention. Restricted backup copies expire through their configured rotation, and deletion requests are reapplied if a backup is restored.
Depending on the service and request, the scope may include messages, media, transcriptions, conversation summaries, contact or lead records, and associated generated files. Order, appointment, accounting, or other records that must be retained for applicable obligations are assessed separately. We will explain any retained categories and the reason for retention. We will confirm the outcome by email after processing your request.
Deleting our copies does not automatically delete information independently retained by Meta or the business you contacted. Disconnecting our app also does not automatically delete stored data; you may request deletion using the email above.
